Smokey was a model for ralston/purina and so he was pretty good at taking commands and cooperating. Les, the person filming was pretty good at filming, especially with me shouting orders all the time :-)

to the other comment, I'm not sure if anyone has ever stood on the lift section of the bridge, I'm sure they would call the cops if they did try too. Thanks for the comments.

I tried to respond to these posts a few months ago but it would not let me so I will try again.

Smokey was a great cat and I say was cause sadly enough, he died 3/7/06 at 14 years of age of intestinal cancer that spread to his lungs and I'm assuming his brain too by the way he was acting near the end :-( He was everything to me and he was such a special cat. He was a siamese bluepoint. I love and miss him dearly.

hi Dede. great kitty vid. your cat sure stayed calm, good kitty. i been to stillwater back sometimes in 1992 after seeing the mall of america not long after it opened, i aten at estebans mexican restarant and they have awesme food. now i am curios about the lift section of this bridge, has anyone ever standed on the lift section when it went up after a large boat went under ? Great area to take pics and vids if i ever someday make it up, dont drive which sucks, anyway nice riverfront.
