Great core exercise here that will blast the obliques! Not much to it here but to do it...set up a cable with a D-handle at about chest height. Then stand a few feet away from the cable with your feet hip width apart, hold the handle to your chest, tighten your abs, then press the handle straight out in front of you, next rotate away from the cable while twisting your back foot.
