@pitacaromo Toot Toot is either your girlfriend or your daughter, it can mean either one, about 5 of my family members are in it dancing and playing music. So you are getting the correct answer!! The toot toot is also your favorite out of a group of people, like your favorite child or such.

Man, look at this again! Rockin' Sidney, the guy who wrote and originally sang this song/made the original record, is playing accordion here!! This is one of those songs that is just so original, and...well, rockin'... that it takes real effort and total NON-comprehension to screw it up! John Fogerty didn't.
