@inkey2 One of the reasons i'm glad i moved out of that shithole state. I live in KY where 2nd amendment rights are respected and castle doctrine is in effect. The only warning any would-be burglar gets in my house is the muzzle blast out of my S&W .45.

I'm amused how pro-criminal public opinion is. "warning shots...". Criminals were given all warnings already that sound in general "do not commit crime". If you want to set around and bullshit with the guy, be my guest. In my home, there are no "warning shots" I would have shot his ass dead first, then looked for someone else to shoot. For all you peace mongers above, for all you know, the 2nd and 3rd guy with him that you didnt know about, may be raping your 6 year old daughter while your bullshitting with #1.
