  • Testimony given by lineal descendants of Kawa at the BLNR meeting of the 23rd, opposing Abel Lui’s request for a contested case hearing, invalidating Lui’s genealogical claim, and exposing his destructive caretaking ability as a “supposed” steward of Kawa. The two court orders for EVICTION NEED TO BE HONORED!!

  • On September 23, 2011, the board (BLNR) denied Abel Simeona Lui’s request for a contest case hearing, and approved the pass through of Federal funds for the purchase of approximately 550.871 acres in Kawa, Ka’ala’iki.

  • as a haole who has spent time down there I have great respect for this man and he has always shown true aloha to respectful visitors .....the truth is pele rules her kingdom and this man is a stewart of this part of the kingdom ......

  • I met Uncle Abel this past August, and I have to agree with KahoaliiKuikahi about Anakalaʻs mana. Hū ka mana, for real!!

E holomua kākou me Anakala Abel....!!!! KŪ KANAKA MAOLI!!!

  • uncle able says he was there for twenty years so where was he before? If it has to be taken the state park should get it possibly protecting it thebest or as in the indian reservations over here maybe make it a reservation for all Hawaiin's of old. It would be a miracle if he gets what he wants.

  • The people to whom your fathers told of the living God, and taught to call 'Father,' and whom the sons now seek to despoil and destroy, are crying aloud to Him in their time of trouble; and He will keep His promise, and will listen to the voices of His Hawaiian children lamenting for their homes. • Unko put it back on record with the breau of cons, im sure you have the palapala sila nui (Royal Patent) to the aina! The R.P. is the 1st. title! everything else is just a piece of paper to wipe our you know what..lol They call it a quitclaim or quiet title they call it that because when you the rightful title owner does the proper paper work they cant do nothing but keep quiet! And once you do that proper process those dumb dumbz cant do NOTHING!ahui hou malama pono

  • Much aloha for Uncle Abel! I'll be back for good this summer to join in on the cause. Not all Hawaiians are moving away. Many of us are coming home!!!
