Castlevania: Symphony of the Night #37- Boss- The Creature and Reverse Outer Wall 3

Boss fight with the Creature. Just avoid his rolling around and own him when he's standing still. Also, introducing the most awesome enemy ever...the Nova Skeleton! Seriously, it's a green skeleton...that fires a laser beam! It sounds ridiculous, but its awesome must be witnessed to be understood. It also drops a sword that can poison enemies, Terminus Est, and Monster Vial 3 fairly often, which is fun for owning bosses.

Also note the Paranthropus after the Creature boss fight. After you have a clear game file saved on your memory card, they start dropping the Ring of Varda, the "golden ring to rule over all" (this is really the description). It gives Alucard insane stat boosts.

I can't get the Ring of Varda even with the Gameshark.

Do you have a Clear game file on your memory card/stick/storage device? It won't drop unless you do, but other than that, it's not a particularly rare drop.

But if you have a Gameshark, there's nothing stopping you from just adding it into your inventory.

I have! The gameshark code just keeps giving me moonstones...and the Parathingy keeps dropping Gauntlets!

The Gauntlet is the Paranthropus's first drop, not its second (rare) drop. Equip luck boosting stuff, Rings of Arcana, and use Luck Potions and keep killing it until it drops it.

I'll try mate, thank you. Are you sure that I DON'T have to play a "clear" game file in order to have the Parathing drop the ring?

I've always heard that you just have to have the clear game file on your memory card (just having to at least beaten the game once), not having to actually replay the game again in order to get it to drop.

Yep, and if you level up your bat-familiar you can have four bats following you. (when alucard is in bat-form) Shooting fireballs is funny, because all of the familiar-bats will shoot too :P
