Doesn´t it show any swirling patterns on that surface? so little water there?

Doesn't matter how much water is used, it will still leave marks behind. You can't get that level of cut without leaving defect behind. These are taken out with generic paint correction techniques afterwards.

After wet sanding, what comes next? Do you apply a clear coat or just wax it (or something else IDK)?

After this a compound pad and paste were used, followed by a polishing pad and polish then finished off with a wax.
