Good form, very very similar to how i do it, seems like we have a similar leg to torso ratio.

I'm 6'4" with a fairly long torso, and you're right that the thigh/torso ratio makes a difference in setup. I definitely have clients I *don't* have doing this, just because it pulls their back into a bad position.
