King Chanticleer on OME Tenor Banjo

Well, I thought since my name is "tenorbanjoguy," I should post a banjo song. The first half of this arrangement was taught to me by a wonderful tenor player, Gary. The rest I had to wing on my own because we were never able to reconnect so I could steal the rest of it! :) Anyway, it is one of my all time favorites and I hope that you enjoy it!!

Excellent (from another tenor banjo player). I'm at my office now, so I don't have my banjo. When I get home later I'll play along with you, since your fingering and voicing are so easy to see. Always wanted to learn that tune. By the way, your right hand is terrific.

Given your level of skill on the tenor, if you decide to take up the plectrum, you'll progress at a fantastic pace while discovering a new world of possibilities---that's what I did after playing tenor for ten years. Go for it! You'll take off like a rocket in no time.
