Yoga for complete beginners. 20 minute gentle yoga class to give you greater relaxation, more energy and joy. Relaxation pose and crocodile poses to relax the lower back. Shoulder exercises to relax the neck and shoulders. Sitting forward bend for flexibility. Inclined plane for strengthening the back. Spinal twist for good massage of the abdominal organs. I know I'm not the expert here, but I had the same problem. I gave my body a rest for about 2 days, and when I started up again, I was fine. I have not had a pain since. I cannot guarantee that you personally won't have pains anymore, but it really does help to rest.
