This is a quick video I made to visualize a song my father wrote in 1993. He then recorded the song a month following the attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001. I made this video to commemorate the 10th Anniversary and share with the public a "modern day lullaby" that can span generations past, present, and future. It includes a short forward by a friend. Thank you for listening and enjoy.

Lyrics:
Fire lit the city skies; red smoke mixed with blues
Another senseless sacrifice feeds the morning news
This airborne nervousness is hushed with her smile
While the summer rains are falling again
The war is on; you heard the news and religions' on the rise
(We'd) better rearrange our views and cover baby's eyes
It's only love that waits... make sure it stays in style
And the summer rains are falling again
She'll wrap her arms around him and pose as mother and child
'Cause the world's gone out of focus... as if it's lost its purpose
We'll quell our fears with our kisses and our tears
And dance our souls away
It's the price we pay
To say okay...
It's another day
