Dear people still asking questions, I have not played this game since I recorded this video. I cannot help with any issues you are having, they have recently released the game out of beta so more then likely everything has changed.

I do not know how to make other people hear your music, i never had it working myself, it was just rumoured because sometimes you can hear it, may just be through their mic tho.

To add music to your own playlists you just had to drag and drop. Oh my fucking GOD, how the fuck didn't I try that out in the first place. No other method worked.
