Having good curb appeal includes your neighbors - they can make you, or break you! Sellers need to go the extra mile in making sure their house is well represented in the photos, because if the buyers aren't in love with it before they get there, then they'll be looking for any reason to not get out of the car!

  • My covenants does not let you keep your commercial vehicle at your house overnight. I'm glad for that. My town also has all the power lines underground. Highlands Ranch, Colorado, a master planned community.

  • Hmmm ... we don't have a lot of frisbee courses out east. And ours are a lot greener. I don't see the appeal to a dirt course, but that could just be me. (BTW, **loved** the lot with all the cars! In my town they have covenants to prevent that from happening. God bless our covenants.

  • Plumber, cops,... where do the butcher, baker, and candlestick maker live?
