Sham Rock is my favorite fighter, I admire him most for what he has said toward Cung Le after the fight.. He lost the fight but always showed respect to his opponent. Anyway. Sham is a great fighter.

@Beachcrib No this is when Frank still had his knees and was explosive. By the time he faced Diaz he was shot. No knees, injured back, and broken for arm.

Frank was a very smart fighter, he knew how to work his opponents and to get them tired, except with Cung Lee, standing up with him was a devsatating mistake.

Some of you are fucking idiots, most likely new mma fans straight from watching fake WWE. Frank shamrock is the first UFC middleweight champion(now light heavy) and defended without losing. Won King of Pancrase title, WEC Light Heavyweight Championship,and Strikeforce Middleweight championship. And was named fighter of the year multiple times. what have any of you accomplished? besides getting no pussie and talking shit behind a computer screen?
