@Oliver30 - Really? On Wikipedia it said it was originally broadcast on Cartoon Network from December 23, 1996 to November 23, 2003 (the Christmas special was shown on December 24, 2005). Though, I have seen some pre-96 promos. Mainly, from the 1993 promotional tape (uploaded by TuneTamasha), 1994 promo (stevek83), and SuperAdventures's 1995 Promos, IDs, and Interstitials collection.

@TheCNVault "Toon Heads" had aired since the first week CN was on air, back in October 1992. It was one of the network's original blocks. Sometime around 1996, it was sort-of "re-launched", with a new theme song and a new, female voice-over. Dunno why the pre-1996 episodes of TH aren't recognized in episode lists whereever I go.
