Fantastic Satire Dan! Great job! Now that Post-media who runs the Vancouver Sun and The Vancouver Province newspapers pulled the ad due to pressure from the Enbridge brass ..... everyone will want to view it! Enbridge has attracted a whole lot of attention by demanding that the ad be removed otherwise they were going to pull $1,000,000.00 of advertising from Post Media. Corporations blatantly controlling our Canadian Media. WOW!

Thank you Dan Murphy for this excellewnt piece - and also to CBC for airing the interview after Enbridge forced Post Media to withdraw it. The culprit of course is Enbridge who having bought off the Harper government now believes it can control the media as well. All they have succeeded in doing is to display their arrogance. Hey Enbridge guess what - Canadians will not be bought or conviinced by feel good advertizing. .

We have an Enbridge pipeline running through our backyard in a suburb of Chicago IL. It runs adjacent to the CN RR tracks. What engineering genius sanctioned that it was OkeeDokee to have massive amounts of train traffic along side a HUGE pipeline?!? CN brought out a smaller RR that ran there (EJ&E). I guess GREED trumps common sense everytime... yes? Oh... what I meant to say was "Dan. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! You made me LOL and I really needed that!"

OK....so most people at some point have used petroleum products. That doesn't mean that NOBODY who's done so has right to question the pipeline OR "fracking"

After all...everybody poops, but that doesn't mean we have no right to take issue with the price of toilet paper or the way your town handles sewage treatment.
