Many of you know my obsession with Phantom of the Opera, well I finally decided to post a video of me singing what I consider to be the hardest song vocally on Phantom of the Opera for the Phantom. My dream is to be on broadway as the Phantom when I'm older so this is a good place to start. Please let me know what you think of it. As I state in the video...I'm only 14 so dont expect too much :)

  • @MagicMaddy and the next verse is "slowly gently night unfurls its splendor, grasp it sense it tremulas and tender, hearing is believing, music is decieving, hard as lightning soft as candlelight, dare you trust the music of the night" so suck it

  • @fablefan1011 you are not very bright are you? I will try to explain this for the third time. I am fully aware of crawfords version. That was the first version I ever listened to and I love the lyrics. But this version in this video is not the lyrics from the movie. It is the lyrics from the CURRENT BROADWAY PRODUCTION OF POTO

  • @MagicMaddy google music of the night original michael crawford lyrics and pick the first one

  • @MagicMaddy i mean, take for example the first verse,

    "Nighttime sharpens heightens each sensation

    darkness wakes, and stirs imagination

silently the senses abandon their defences" and thats where the music plays in your version, but in the original it says "helpless to resist the notes i write, for i compose the music of the night." so there

  • @MagicMaddy once again, michael crawford was not in the 2005 movie, he was the original phantom from 1986 premier

  • @fablefan1011 once again....yes I know that Crawford has a differeny version. But this is not the movir version....this is the version that is now done on broadway.....not the movoe.

  • @MagicMaddy the original Michael Crawford had slightly different lyrics, and it was the one i grew up hearing, look it up

  • @fablefan1011 Yes I'm aware but you stated "try the musical version" This is the musical version that is now on Broadway. Not the movie version.

  • @MagicMaddy actually no, the original with michael crawford has slightly different lyrics

  • @markycub1964 I've recently uploaded an updated version of me singing this song. I think it's exactly what you want to see :)
