Uh Clinton had a $559 billion budget surplus. Plus he got laid. Win win if you ask me.

Bush on the other hand drove the surplus into a 1.3 trillion dollar deficit.

If Bush had a brain in his skull he would have denounced the policies under Clinton, particularly those of Greenspan. Instead he did massive keynsian stimulus(tax cuts, deficit spending on war, expanded medicare/medicaid).

If Obama had a brain in his skull he'd have denounced the policies under Bush. He's doing the very same thing Bush did, except and order of magnitude worse since the problem is so much bigger now.

Why question something that works? and delivers a surplus? Clinton proved that the government can spend and revitalize the economy. You want to disprove it by making ludicrous claims which you cannot back up.

Without the government spending money to grease the wheels, the economy will COLLAPSE! Then you will know what a real depression is.
