Well shes finished. I have to thank Marshtomp8 because this was his idea. At first I was not sure about it, but I have no regrets. I use Jigglypuff as a guinea pig to try her out.

Hey Man I have a advice!

Get Fighting Jam pack and make it smaller! screen like 320x240 and record your videos with HyperCam2, if you use hypercam2 don't record cause the Unregistred sign is gonna piss you off I'll show you how to get rid of it!

Yeah, I just tried 6, but then it loads very slow and it affects my skills because when when I do a command it does not respond. I can only press single buttons.

Well, as of now my fps are 4, but I don't think I can set it much higher because I have an old computer.

I was screwing around with an AI tutorial on Infinity MUGEN TEam's forums, and now Chansey is insanely cheap (although the AI can't properly use Heal.)

She regenerates superenergy too fast and can spam Egg Bombs to loop the opponent into an infinite (until she gains enough energy to spam her giant egg super, which I forgot the name of). Try adding a projectile checker to her eggs (you should also do this with Blaziken's projectile attack and Sonic's tornado thing)
