I've known you dad and your grandparents for a very long time. Your dad was a very good friend of mine in grade school and later on when we met Samuel in middle school.

I went to middle school with Samuel, before he moved from Puerto Rico to the states. Have not seen him since until today when I saw this. Back then of course he wasnt into this bodybuilding stuff. Good to know hes doing well.

yea thanx, this is my dads best friend that he helped get ready for the nationals, my dads first show, he won the whole thing, ill make a vid. of his next show

my dads a competitor also, his last 2 shows were the southern states which he won, and the usa's which he came in 4th out of about 18 people

he may not be able to train u, but he is a best selling fittness author and he has lots of books that you can find like at borders, or barns and noble, or and kind of library
