I've been looking to get the ARTWORK, near the front pages of this yearbook, for years... but I'm trying not to have to BUY a 1979 Yankees yearbook from e-Bay. Specifically, I want the drawing of Graig Nettles in multiple fielding poses at the :28 second mark of this clip. Does anybody with a '79 Yankee yearbook mind scanning that image and e-mailing it to me? I'd appreciate it. I'll check back here for responses.

@hop2171 def agree with you there; I rarely ever saw anyone wearing sox stuff until 04, or phillies stuff until 08. Now people suddenly LOVE them. "B" is for BANDWAGON.

Might I add, I didn't really start to pay attention to the game until 08, but I've been a fan my whole life. I wish I could've been around in the 70s to see these awesome games.

worst winners? might want to check redsuk fans, before "04 and "07 i was never really sure how the average redsuk fan was, well let me tell you they are by far the worse! They are not even happy when they win! Also the least knowledgible fans i've ever seen period!

"Canadian925", that has not been my experience at all. The biggest Yankee haters That I've encountered are those older fans who experienced the 1950s. It seems like those (non-New Yorkers) old enough to have seen them dominate in the unprecedented way they did that decade, hates them with a passion. (Not that I can really blame them, I mean can you imagine having been a Red Sox fan during those years? Shoot, I'm a Tigers fan who wasn't even born then, and I hate even thinking about it!) ; )
