Damn. The definitive "The Making of Star Wars" by J.W. Rinzer was sitting on my shelf with some of the answers the whole time! From the pages I can definitely say

0:07 - Terri Nunn (lead singer of Berlin)

0:27 - Will Seltzer

Thanks to the people below who posted the info that led me to confirm it in my own damned office. :)

Also, the book corrected an existing video I have up. The Arliss Howard one...which is NOT him. It's Frederic Forrest.

00:15 to 00:19 is Ed Greenberg that played Kip Pullman in American Graffiti.
