Really cute. Quakers are the best. I have a QP and a cockatiel. Personality depends on the bird but if you give it lots of love (and attention), you'll get so much back from them.

Got one quaker, Pepe, 5 cockatiels and 2 budgies. Pepe is the smartest and most fun, even though he is the youngest. He is an escape artist who likes to sleep under a towel during the day. Quakers are fun, and not expensive at all, if you want to get one.

Im about to get a bird and I dont know whether to get a quaker or a cockatiel.I hear that quakers are good at learning tricks and talking but bite alot and can become territorial.I want to make sure that that is true.Also, are quaker parrots prone to biting?Is there anything that you wish you could change about your quaker? If you were able to go back in time, would you choose to get a quaker again?Sorry, I don't know anyone with a quaker and it is hard to decide without any personal stories.

Quakers can become cage territorial but even that can be handled. I change toys often and work at least once a day in the cage feeding, watering etc. I would be lost without my quakers *I have 2 of them* they are funny and make my life so exciting and really brighten my day.
Cockatiels ! I have 10 of them !....They are sweet birds that love to cuddle *most of them*. THey do not talk but remember NOT ALL QUAKER PARROTS talk.
