"Wake up to the corruption in the government"... yeah, and that corporate pawn Romney wins the primaries in Iowa and NH. If we want to do the worst thing for the people by giving big corporations more power and freedom, then that loser will be elected. He IS the 1%. He would make all opposition to stuff like this just go away because it might mean that someone isn't making as much money off our health as they otherwise could. Fight him before it's too late.

why is the reporter SHOUTING??

carbon monoxide is a volatile permanent gas, so treating meat with it does not give you CO, because it just evaporates, leaving only the meat behind. Its likely safe to do this, just disgusting
-
@tehRaguel u stupid or retarded? ur excused if ur the latter. if they can mask the actual freshness of the product, why not the smell?
-
just when u thought the toxic waste couldnt get any worse..!

simple solution :
buy local and or organic, once a weak leave the city and buy your meat from farmers or local butchers, boycott corporations like Walmart

It does not displace air. It binds to the haemoglobin in the red blood cells meaning that sufficient oxygen cannot bind. What you exhale after every breath is Carbon DIOXIDE, not Carbon Monoxide.
You would not choke to death, you would just gradually be poisoned to death.
Spraying it on meat is not particularly harmful to you but I'd just rather they didn't.
Nature is clever. She makes food look bad when it's no longer safe to eat for a reason. Spraying makes it's harder to tell.
