Scion Tc With Turn Signal Mod!

I was invited to come out to a car show with a friend of mine and we both rolled in his Scion Tc to this show. This is his car with a turn signal mod done to the center tail light and I was trying to get the turn directional to flash to the beat of the music playing...

@SiLVRViRUS I want to let you know this is not my car. I was hanging out with a friend of mine who had this mod done to this car. As far as I know he had gotten the LED lights and hard wired them in to the directional light leads to his tail lights. As far as the wiring specs on how it was done, I am not sure. Unfortunately I lost contact with him so I could not get an answer to how he had done it.
