@alialiali123alialial Rice should be one of the essential simple/complex carbohydrates in your diet. I personally eat about 2-3 cups of rice every single day. Brown rice should be eaten before workouts/during the day, while white rice should be eaten after a workout. By doing this, you are setting yourself up to be a lot more lean year round and should be able to eventually build a six-pack if the rest of your diet/cardio regime are in check! Good luck!

Try planks on the floor or on a stability or bosu ball. Get on your elbows and raise your body up like a push up but on your elbows. Hold it up for 45 to 60 seconds and then rest. Do those for 3 to 5 sets.
