it's funny! when inglis first came on the scene for QLD, NSW supporter's didnt care HAHA look at them now. inglis did answer "easy QLD ask me to" when asked why he represented QLD.
but NSW has earthed some good young talent which will be good for next year's series, providing both QLD and NSW do not pick up injuries come origin 2010.

I know im not debating that im just sick of the NSW ppl ( i know ur not ) are crying foul with Greg Inglis who was born in NSW and hes playing 4 QLD. They think the rules shouldnt apply 2 them and they get every player they want and we get the left overs
-
either way both state's have used player's from different state's and countries in the past.
so the "eligibility" debate is NO EXCUSE!!!!

@ufaggotass Chris Johns was actually born in NSW i think ur thinking about Steve Rodgers he was born on the Gold Coast. You also left out and Craig Polla-mounter

well we wouldnt want him would we. but thats the thing. his heart should be with nsw. he was obviously a confused kid around that age. but its ok i know alot of kids like that. itd be good to see him in blue but wot can u do. its just luck for QLD. nuthin else but luck

Actually Israel Folau moved to Queensland when he was 12 years old, attended Marsden High (where my cousin went) and was selected for the Australian Under-15. I'm fairly certain the cut off age is 13 years old for eligibility for a State if you weren't born there but moved there at a later stage (due to you becoming a teenager). In all honesty Israel Folau can rightfully play for QLD - the only dodgy one is Inglis, but why would you want him to play for a state where his heart isn't in it?

wat im sayn 4 this subject is nsw is no different from using players from anotha state or country AND it doesnt matter if they dnt mak an imprint or nt. it may hv been at diff era's bt its all the same. i wld hv liked to c willie mason (nsw) play 4 his native country nz aswel.
i mean at the end of the day its "ur" nswrl doing bcoz of the state eligibility rule which goes way bak.
Iv never heard so many winny baby nsw supporters in my life, n im one myself!! Whats the use in sayin it was a fluke or the so called "bias ref". We need 2 stop whinging about the lose (when it was pretty obvious qld dominated the field) and look 2 the future. Fittler should be the coach. And y are ppl sayin to put sbw in the blues? Hes a bloody kiwi guys lol Well deserved win by the better team. Cheers
