I really wanted to make this one sound like a spartan was holding a giant chain gun and just letting go on a bunch of covenant. Bullet holes, my friends... Bullet holes everywhere. You can hear it in the background too, the ripping of flesh. That's the sound of the cello, by the way.

@BlackDeltaZero Hey there, thanks for coming by to comment! I just did the same thing, and yes, I suppose it is pretty fitting! But my goodness, if you could have seen the trailer for which I actually wrote this piece... So much power. But don't you worry, we've got a better trailer and hopefully some better music comin' your way! I'm tryin' folks! It's hard to live up to die hard Halo fans while still maintaining originality.

More than a chain gun ripping flesh it makes me think of a Spartans death, the point in which Kurt knows he will forever be Missing In Action, and gives up his life to save his friends, that's what this makes me feel like.

@jaypowell4 als ich mit 8 jahren mein großen bruder beim spielen von Combat Evoled

zugeschaut hatte, hatte ich Gänsehaut und bin sehr großer Halo fan und in meiner familie spielt die zahl fünf eine große rolle "schiksals zahl" und mir ist aufgefallen wenn man 117 aufteilt und zwar so 1+1=2 und dan 2-7 rechnet kommt ... 5 raus :-)
