My PC is a phenom II x4 2.71Ghz, 4gb ram (fucking winxp reads only 3,25gb)

and runs assassins creed @1440x900 all maxed out with aa 35~60 fps :)

your processor is more than capable to play this game, but along with the processor, u also need a good graphic card to play games these days.
