Does that dual wielding add extra damage to Camoran? Which of those mods are for dual wielding?

No, there is no extra damage. It just looks like dual Wield, but in fact, it's not possible to have dual-weapon fighting in oblivion. the mod for these animations is "DMC Stylish". The second sword (works as a shield) was made by request for me. but there are many mods out there that add "shield-swords".
