it kinda does... "when the music fades, and all is stripped away", adding more music does the exact opposite of that o.O
my friend, this is a simple song, asking for forgiveness and in turn our repentence.. just to bring oneself and oneself alone to the cross and come without these extra things like our instruments, because quite frankly many of us have turned worship into a show with our talents..this song is meant to humble us.and i dont really think we're humbling ourselves with a solo...

yea i guess you're right. it's just i make rock versions of Christian worship songs and someone requested this so i couldn't really keep it that way. but yea i guess you're rightt.
lol yea the solo was just to give it a bit of an instrumental. it was just a basic one, and it was something i was trying for the first time to make my songs more rock-y. but yea i know what you mean.

You did an awesome job at bringing a whole new crowd of people to come to even consider the music fading....and seeing what the essence of worship is...its funny but sometimes you need to be "LOUD" before the music can fade for some people. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. :P
