Brian May was a guest of George Galloway on talkSPORT, discussing the current urgent situation of the UK government being 'strongly minded' to slaughter our protected native badgers - a futile cull attempting to eradicate bTB. Contrary to DEFRA Minister, Caroline Spelman's claims, this goes against all the science. Brian urges listeners to sign the new petition put up by the League Against Cruel Sports (LACS), to be found at http://tinyurl.com/3c4rvsg
Humble pie here for Galloway. The great Brian May he thought he was talking too was not one Brian Eno. A revisionist afterthought brought about by his own Blackshirts recalling when 'white supremacists' Queen complete with a Zoroastrian of Indian decent called Freddy Mercury on lead vocals played Sun City. For my money Galloway probably never knew of Eno much either but just patronized him ://blogs.dailyrecord.co.uk/georgegalloway/2011/08/may-i-confess-a-case-of-mistaken-identity.html

Of course no one wants to kill badgers, but put cattle to one side in your thinking. 1000's of Badgers live outside the currently endemic TB area - not all of the country has endemic TB in its wildlife population - YET. TB is creeping across to the east at a steady rate. Badgers suffer a painful and drawn out death when they have TB - it is not something that they cary harmlessly like a parasite. Healthy badgers outside the southwest need protecting from TB. Sadly a cull may be the only answer.

Badgers destroy wasps nests if there were a badger cull then the UK would be inundated with wasps & lots of people would be stung, Caroline Spelman you are stupid & i hope a thousand wasps sting you thick cunt!!
