Did you make this ? It feels wierd to not have part 2 since ,you 1, seems exprienced mapper and talker so there should be more part's .2, You dont or your voice doesn't seem to have the asian small body timbre -I hear a brittish normal guy talkin and I assume your asian decendent based on your name. Sorry if I'm blunt but Im a ass who makes people laught the same way as Simon Cowell

I think it's unfair to judge someone's intelligence based on them asking questions...
To be honest, everyone is born a noob, everyone has to ask questions. TheThebestgogo has every right too ask where he/she can get this editor from... It's our responsibility as a community to see that his question is answered.

I was just wondering does UT3 for the pc come with unreal editor 3 and If it does how do you get to it. And do you get the ability to download more textures and static meshes. And lastly can you play the map while killing right after you build all then push the "Play Map!"

UT3 for PC does come with Unreal Editor 3.
in response to "How do you get to it" simply click Start then Right Click Unreal Tournament 3 and select Editor. To be honest there should be a shortcut on your desktop already.
Yes you can download textures and static meshes. Just search for them on the net. Chances are they will be community made, but you can always make your own! Nonetheless if you buy a game that uses the unreal engine (example gears of war) you can find assets in there too :)
