@cupcake555x She IS showing us how she does it, and I was commenting on it. I think that is what the comment field is for.... Please also note that this is from 'expertvillage', so they are claiming expert status. As an 'expert' this woman has crowded her closet with drawer units, putting shoes and sweaters up high where you can't see or reach them, how smart is that? Also, look how cramped and claustrophobic her closet is. That is just my opinion, and I'm entitled to it!

@havfruen72 she's showing you the way SHE does it. not how you have to do it. she's just giving you an idea.

Stacking sweaters like that guarantees that when you want one in the middle everything above or below falls over. I would think you'd want those vertical stacking organizers where it keeps things in a row. This is why sweaters and shirts get tossed in a pile. Not a very good example.

This is great info. Unless you're putting your house up for sale--then it's purge and storage time.

What if you dont have a closet?

this is the coolest closet ever!!
putting things you don't usually use on the uppermost shelf makes sense.
i love those white, transparent drawers. it's so pretty ESP when the clothes inside are folded neatly. what's the point of keeping like items together but they're not folded neatly, right?

What the f...
What sort of nitwit chooses to put their shoes on a shelf above their head?
That doesn't make any sense, it's like putting your jewellery on the floor - silly!
Also, if you don't use the suitcase very often, put it in the attic/basement/some other storage area, not in your closet.
And finally - this woman said she would only put sports type things that can't hang and winter stuff like gloves and scarfs in those drawers. She needs six drawers for that?
Some expert she is
