This could be because you aren't supporting your arm correctly,
Make sure your elbow is tucked in and your other hand has correct hikite.

Shoto kan brown belt, I gotta say very effective but they should a video on the kicks very powerful.

The math doesn't even make sense. I see physics notation, but I see nothing relevant to this. Lol, it does add a fancy element though.

@Rauser142 Not at all.Im'training shotokan karate do 1 and a half year now.Well, what i can tell is that the most time expirience you have the most effective it is.Get real.Karate doesn't give you just the technic.It gives you the speed and power you need to aplicate it.
