A presentation given by Dr. Rayes, Director of H.R. Mental Wellness Centre. The Centre offers a holistic approach to healing form depression/anxiety (http://www.mentalwellnessbc.ca) through support groups and one-on-one coaching.

This presentation is usually given to new members at the Centre. It provides information on deep breathing and how to use deep breathing to heal from depression/anxiety; overcome panic attacks; improve your physical health and the effectiveness of your immune system; overcome stresses in your life; and be able to make better decisions, and enjoy your life.

  • Hi hi! Have you tried anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin pretty much cured anxiety and panic attacks with it.

  • There's a small and excellent online depression support group called Depression Hangout that is always open to anyone who is struggling with mental health problems (not just depression). It's run in its own chaotic way by its members who meet regularly in the chat room and it's a great place to seek and provide help and support, make new friends and even just have a laugh.
