I didn't know this could be done with only one piano. I've always heard it done on two pianos, but I guess you two made it work on one! Great job!
I'm learning the solo version next semester, but I want to also play the 2-person version as well.

I'm sorry to be crude, and I certainly mean no disrespect, but I know what must happen next: at the conclusion of this piece, as the couple pauses with arms lifted, just as they have, they must turn their heads to look at each other, then ignoring that there's anyone else in the room, immediately collapse under the piano and make violent love. This is just something that needs to happen after a man and woman has just played "La Valse."

It is simply amazing how they play around each other.... weaving through each others arms... and maintaining their tempo and clarity.... simply stunning
