SGP Glas Protector Issue - Unresponsive Back Button

My issue with the SGP Glas Screen Protector made by SGP. I feel like I am the only one with this issue and I made this to point out to SGP that there might be some design flaws with their Glas protector.

I am running TOUCH X 3.2 ROM with Ninphetamine 2.0.5 kernel, that is why my screen still responds fine even while its plugged into the charger. However the back button just refuses to work (unless i press it very hard) regardless of whether or not I plug it into a charger.

I took the protector off and reapplied it. Done it twice and relocation did not resolve the back button problem. I have contacted spg about the issue.

@Vexmania same, also took it off and reapplied it but it didn't make any difference. Its definitely an issue with the glas.

I jave same proble back button dosent work properly have to press it hard or 10 times ..any help

Believe it or not but im having the same issue with my new Samsung Galaxy S2, the back button at times is just unresponsive...Don't know why

I also have this problem, I haven't rooted my phone or anything sometimes it responds eventually but it's really bad

I'm facing the same problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Have to press it many times and HARD.

@thecousin the one that increases sensitivity while charging the phone. It was originally on Ninphetamine kernel. But now its also on RageMod kernel and i believe Siyah, and some others..

I have the same issue. Can't be bothered with warranty/return, just wondering why this would only affect the back capacitive button and not the menu one. As have others I've reapplied to no avail. Weird!

@rko3501 They understood I have this problem and asked to contact the seller. They did not do anything regarding to warranty as I did not buy it directly from them but from korean reseller.
