The Chart Show back when it was on Channel Four, featuring:

Transvision Vamp: "Revolution Baby"
Indie Chart
Baby Ford: "Oochy Koochy"

The Baby Ford video was actually commissioned by The Chart Show for an unsigned band slot entitled "Make or Break" they'd run some months before. Therefore, this is a rare instance of a video The Chart Show actually paid for being played as part of the indie chart!

  • @ZoanthropicParanoia7

actualy nearing the end of the 80's a new music phenomenon

was born acid house and techno music start to dominate

disco night clubs so you are right on the money there.

  • i remember this show whilest growing up in the 80's

but ended in the late 90's brilliant show this was

i'm thinking on the idea of bringing this back whoes

    with me.

  • Im sure the intro and the text info during videos were done on an Amiga 500.

  • Gigantic - Pixies...what a song

  • @ZoanthropicParanoia7 lol Cheers, but it STILL doesn't explain wtf that was, man! Easy.

  • @TeeNefarious Psychic TV. Side project of industrial pioneers Throbbing Gristle. They dabbled in acid house for a while I believe :P
