Dosage is individualized, but start off with small doses, very tiny, about the size of 1/2 a piece of dry rice 3 to 4 times a day, then increase the dose daily by increments until you are ingesting a full gram a day. Otherwise the gradual increase dosing will help you to become acclimated to the medicine more effectively.
