these are feats of strength and i give you all the credit in the world though most of these exercizes look like they will take they toll in the later years. i read that you are not suppose to train what they call polymetrics ( explosisve movements)? so, intensely and often. you know tendons, ligament, and other types of damage? you tell me...

ya'll good i cant do some of the stuff ya'll doin but on da arm pull over ur not supossed to swing...its regular pull up n u out ur arm over the bar but sesides dat yall good keep up da good work
I have been training doing Polymetric's since the 6th grade. This video was done when I was in 10th grade. Doing these work outs have gotten me stronger and more flexable. Over the pass 6 years of doing this I have not torn any ligaments or damaged and thing. This type of workout has helped me on the football field and has helped me obtain 6 scholarships to Divison 1 colleges. Now I am in 12th grade and am heading to further my education at Rutgers. Me and my cousins are on a nutrition plan for football eating potateos, meats, and fruits and berries. Plus alot of water.
