I have the same para sks, not with a silencer. Great video New Zealand is pretty country
-
Here in the US it can take up to six months plus fingerprints, photos, Sheriff sign off and the $200.00 tax stamp.
What is the procedure there in NZ for suppressor ownership?
-

very good vid mate! nice camera too,wish we could still own semi autos here in oz but john howard and rebecca peters achieved their dream to rid oz of semis.

@friedmeat Thanks.
Yes unfortunate about that. No doubt the criminals kept their semi autos while the law abiding gave them up. Hardly a win for rational regulation. I won't be idle should such moronic regulation be pushed over here.

Great Video. I will like know how to get the silencer. I have aquired one in the past weeks. I would love not to bother my neighbors and still unload a 7.62x39

@klimaxing70 Since you're in the US I can't really help. I believe the suppressor laws over there are quite backward and restrictive when it comes to suppressors. You've got great firearms law through the 2nd Amendment, but we're ahead when it comes to suppressors :D

how is the recoil from this rifle, because it doesn't look like very much in this vid.

@dan6896 recoil is mild. Comfortable shooting for as long as you want.
