je veux demander... what does "la belle au bois dormant" mean literally? It's the "bois" bit i'm having difficulty translating.

@thegreatnoor "Bois" means "woods". So you could understand "La belle au bois dormant" as "The beauty that is sleeping in the woods", or as "The beauty that is in the sleeping woods"... This ambiguity doesn't exist in the english version of the title ("Sleeping beauty"), nor in the russian one, for example ("Spiachaia krasavitsa").
