  • If you had to choose which one would you load the Hornady's or the Buffalo Bore? (180gr)

  • @Goldie10mm I like the Buffalo Bore better but it does cost alot more than the Hornady.

  • Nice video. Did you change the factory springs or guide rod when you shot the Buffalo Bore ammo out of your Glock 20?

  • @Tadpoleriver No it was all factory stock. Not a single problem.

  • @flybywre That is a real concern. Thats why in those conditions you want to use the double tap 135gr nosler it will not over penetrate and it will put the SMACK DOWN!!! Check out my video with the 135 vs the cows heart and you will see.

  • There goes my idea of purex body armor.

  • @grappler3x That's because it is actually loaded to 10mm velocities, not .40S&W +P.

  • @flybywre Wait, the 10mm is so badass it's gonna make me kill other people for no reason? Wow. Once you pop, you can't stop, huh?

The attraction of the 10mm for many (including me) is its versatility. You can load bullets ranging from 125gr - 230gr at an incredible range of velocities. You can load what amount to weak .40S&W or almost .41mag power levels. For self defense, lighter bullets at very high velocity yield great tissue disruption coupled with reasonable penetration.

  • @EliteAmericans i agree.

  • The 45 is better.

  • I have shot the Buffalo Bore shown in this video in my Kimber 10mm. A telephone call to Kimber custom shop produced some advice that (1) they like that round a lot in a Kimber, but (2) advised I replace the operating spring with a 20 pound spring. I have done that.

  • He sounds a little like Napolean Dynamite.

  • Cool video. I've been skeptical of the penetration capability of hollow points, but I guess I didnt need to worry.

  • You sound like Napoleon Dynamite lol.

  • What was the total amount of penetration through the leather, towel, pork rib, water jug and rib and into the third jug?

  • @grappler3x Wow.... good performance!
