@BLACKSUNszekelyLori Up your speed means - 'keep going, you're doing well'. We have a gym in NW London, but it's nowhere near as 'functional' as yours, hence "hate to like it". No harm, no foul. :O)

the only thing i have a problem with is that at 1:21 he said your leave with a smile just as you walking in with a smile and i just did my 1st class here. and when i left i had a much bigger smile then when i walked cant w8 to do much more.

Looks like a great gym, I'll add it to the free listings on Fitness4London site. The sledgehammer pounding into the huge tyre looks pretty hard-core!

@Squeaky4CC that's a bit of an ignorant comment to make about people wanting to become champs when Diesel Gym has National, European and World Champions in both Muay Thai and BJJ, as well belts in MMA promotions. Our fighters compete all across the globe, feel free to check the website its all documented on the news section. I have no problem if you think the promo is crap, thats your opinion but you are way off the mark about ppl wanting to become champions.
