Floral Arrangements : How to Make Floral Bows

When making floral bows, the easiest thing to do is to start off with three yards of ribbon and use tape to keep loops in place. Use a pipe cleaner to wind ribbon up with help from a florist in this free video on flowers and floral arrangements.
