Notes:
This version of the Electronic Tune called "Jelly Belly" is a re-constructed Version as can be heard in the Theatrical release of "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" from 1979.
The source was an old german VHS Tape. So i cut out some music pieces, delete the Dialogues and put the whole pieces together in an arrangement. Due to the circumstances of the dubbing, there are some missing further pieces it is unfortunatley not the whole track as can be heard. Sorry for this.
But this is, as far as i know, the only recording of the Film i.e the pilotepisodes Version of this very great and rare electronic piece of Music.
According to Mr Phillips the final Mix resp. the final take of that Music lies in the vaults of MCA Records, and it seems there is never a chance for a decent release of the original recordings :(
Fortunately i have an alternate Version of this Track uploaded here on youtube.
you may find it here:

  • @bernisweltredsun

Ist mir bekannt ! ;) Was solls - Ich hab ja kein Copyright an dem Track. Soll doch jeder damit machen was er/sie will :)

  • Awesome track. Honestly surprised it hasn't been sampled by any artists these days for trance or hip hop (which is a good thing IMO).

  • @alucard

Could be expensive to get a clearance for it from MCA Records. They own the rights of the music. Nevertheless i won`t to hear this masterpiece in a cheesy Hip-Hop Tune. Brrrrrrrrrr :)

  • @dudo101 I had almost sampled it for a HipHop type beat (not cheezy I would hope) but I left it because I couldn't get the "eerie voices". Happy?

  • @D0cGer0

don't misunderstand me. I like Hip Hop music. any chance to hear your attempt for that HipHop beat / Song with that samples. I like to hear it ! Thank you. ;)

  • @dudo101 Well the truth is that sound is so dope as it is I'd rather not touch it and have somebody rap on it raw!

  • @TechnoDevotee Actually, that should be "The Music of the Future......Yesterday"

  • Genial!

  • The music of the future...Today!

  • This reminds me of some of the soundtrack from Sonic Cd for some reason, I did a bit of editing, added some more samples and i've managed to make a longer version, check my videos.
