Bah I don't understand why post form checks with super light weight. The real test of form is doing the weight you usually do in a work out.

As a coach I'd like to emphasize mid-line stabilization. Over extension of your back does not count as stabilizing. You make up for tight hip flexors with a flexible back which won't work with heavier weight.

THATS SOME LIGHTASS WEIGHT FAGGOT lol jk i know you were form checking, good job

Before you approach the bar, make sure you're warmed up... Squats are a full body exercise so you want to as much muscle involved as you can get (especially shoulders and back) so you can stablize better and not get that wobbly motion before you start. And don't lock your knees when you get to the top of your motion, drive through your heels and EXPLODE up to a 5 degree angle... or however you want to think of it... just don't lock at the top, as to keep your muscles engaged. Keep it up bro.

I don't see any rounding, looks good.

Looks like your pushing out your chest and ass too much if anything. Your back needs to stay in its natural alignment you're straining it in the opposite direction.
