This video shows the work done at Hack Le Camping, a Hackaton were French start-ups went all mashed-up.

Augment, our augmented reality app took advantage of Moodstocks, an image recognition platform. The result is this amazing workflow where you snap a picture in Wikipedia and can see right away the associate 3d model at home.

  • @ashleyhoward14 There is a little trick involved, the picture scanning is a hidden feature, instead of just clicking on the qr code button, you need to do a long press and the image scanner will come up instead of the qr code scanne.

In the next version of Augment those two options will be merge into one scanner.

  • When i click QR code it comes up with QR scanner, rather taking a picture which it looks like it does on here?
