Never got what the hell Seth was going on about with this, since all the firepower we get for that mission are dune buggies with loud engines and riflemen wearing gray camo in the desert... not the stealthiest way to go.

I guess, when taking later cutscenes into consideration, that Seth felt that the player was a potential threat to his postition within the brotherhood and therefore repeatedly sent the player into suicide missions (the "Pentagon-mission", anyone?). But, since he clearly underestimated the player's tactical skills, whereas Kane decided the player was a better man for the job, he wound up getting himself killed instead. Well, that's how I interpreted Seth's escalating nervousness. Thoughts?

One thing I loved in this game was that when you moved your construction yard drastically from the start point the AI didn't know where you were and would go to where you started.

@panzarw I actually got to the Pentagon mission without having to load the game once. :) The mission Kane gives you instead kicked my ass though. =(
